Why do I have more than one delivery where are my other items?

We always try to deliver whole orders but sometimes this isn't possible. If you have ordered a combination of both small and large items, they will be delivered by different couriers. It may also be a result of one or more of your items currently being out of stock, which will have been highlighted at the time of order, or your product might be coming in from different countries of origin.


 
Can I request delivery to an address other than my home/billing address?

Absolutely yes. We can deliver directly to your curtain maker or tradesperson, or any other address within
New Zealand. On the checkout page, there is a place where you are able to provide another delivery address. If you have special delivery instructions these need to be put in the comments box when you place the order.




I have received my item, but it has arrived damaged, what should I do?

Please email helpdesk@inspiry.co.nz as soon as you have received your order and include images of any damage. Please include your customer number and details of the order and your contact details. We’ll be in touch within 24 hours to rectify the problem.



How do I order a fabric or Wallpaper sample?

Simply click the order a sample scissors icon just beneath the add to basket button in the fabric or wallpaper product page, which will add the sample to your basket. Then checkout as normal.



Do we charge for samples?

Yes, $5 per sample.



How long should it take for my samples to arrive?

Up to 3 weeks for a sample or cutting to arrive. Some cuttings will only take between 7 to 10 days. In some instances, if your sample is coming from an overseas supplier it can take

Do you make made to measure or bespoke items?

Yes, we do. This is part of our Interior Design service. By emailing hello@inspiry.co.nz with the details of what it is you require we will be in touch.



If I receive my product and change my mind, or don’t like the colour?

Please choose carefully, as all of our products are especially brought in just for you. There are no returns or exchanges.

 

Are the Fabric and Wallpaper calculators accurate for working out quantities?

The calculators are there as a guide to help you work out approximately what you need. You will need to make ensure that the measurements that you put into the calculators are correct. We suggest that in some cases you ask for assistance from your trades professional that is either making the drapes or putting up the wallpaper to confirm with you the quantities that you require.
